She's a freaking beast! However....

Her muscles aren't realistically achievable at all. She cranks hard and hence has huge shoulders and a massively wide back, but this is from years of climbing and training. Yeah, she doesn't take steroids, but being an elite athlete makes her body unrealistic to the average person. It's much more realistic to look like SBC. She shits on SBC as a climber, but don't forget the positive impact that SBC has had on the sport due to her marketing ability.
Just because you don't identify with SBC and agree with her flaunting her looks for likes, doesn't mean that she isn't a good climber.

P.S I think Alex is heaps hotter.
