i plan on moving to Newcastle or the Hunter Valley region in a week or few here, and I'm glad to hear some chatter about finding good people around the area. I'm moving from the US and hope to get some beta about the town and things there. i'll be interested in meeting with lots of good people once i get there. but once i get there, i need to find an apt or house. i'm 24, pretty active, want to climb a lot, and interested in biking and using public transportation. Any recommendations for a good area of town to live? what do you think of newcastle?
