Hi anaboo25 . . welcome to the wide, wild world of climbing. Sorry I can't hook up with you as I'm in the A.C.T. If you're havin' troubles getting a partner, I'd suggest you could just rock up to the gym and check out the people there. You've got a very high chance of meeting partners and making friends with other climbers just by offering a belay. Good luck and have fun.
