Tsuen Wan is pretty good. If you stay to the mainland China side of the Ha Fa Shan boulders you can avoid the burial ground. It is rather un avoidable to be walking thru what seems like people's back yards though. The locals are 'fairly' friendly but their dogs are fairly vicious lookin.
It's pretty sweaty work too, especially for us southern type people who dont dig humidity.
The MTR goes to Tsuen Wan, then it is 45m-1hr walk (or taxi) to the boulders. The 'track' starts at a row of massive green and white apartment high rises. |
