Hi All,

Kent and I are looking for a person to share our house in Brunswick (just off Sydney Road towards the Tulla freeway - perfect for an easy getaway onto the Brunswick Road entry/exit to the Tulla/Calder freeway for Grampians/Arapiles trips).

The house comes with a systems wall (set to about 45 degrees) and a hang board. Large back yard with garden (suit someone who is interested in whacking in some vegies). I have got a watering system installed too. Shed to leave your camping gear in and a big indoor cupboard near the kitchen for more storage.

Available from the 28th Jan (soonest) or 11th Feb (Latest). My current housemate Megan has finally bought a house with her boyfiend and they are moving in together.

We are looking for someone (not neccessarly a climber, but that would probably be preferable) for a long term stay (i.e. more than 6-12 months).

If you would like to see some photos of the place just drop me an e-mail and I'll send you a few. Please let me know if you are on dial up and only want really small photos.

I've got a broadband internet server all set up which you are welcome to share if you want to share the bills. I have a 4 port modem/router with wireless.

Kent and I both work full time and would prefer to have somone also working, or on stable ground financially, who is good fun, easy going, prepared to help keep the common areas clean and presentable (while not being anal about it).

We both have girlfriends who spend a fair bit of time here.
