arapiles trip 8/10 to 13/10? |

I have recently moved to melbourne from the uk. Not used to your grading system but leading HVS in UK, have lead a few 16's in Blue mountains. Have all necessary gear. Looking for a someone interested in climbing at arapiles for some/all of above dates. Keen to do trad single and multi-pitch climbs. Thanks, w

Hey Will, if you want to be jonesing it up at araps, there is a VCC trip on the november cup weekend, that could be worth checking out - there's also a meeting this thursday a good way to meet a few people, with a video which sounds very good - the reviews here on chockstone give this a good plug - the first british ascent of the eiger
Otherwise, try calling yourself something like 'susie" ..to get more replies !! :-)

If you just turn up at the Pines at Araps you will undoubtedly find someone to go climbing with. There should be quite a few people there over that weekend (or any weekend, for that matter).
We're heading up there this weekend (unless the weather report is bad). If you want a lift just let me know.

Thanks for your replies, haven't got back because been doing mental shifts in work lately. Still planning to go to araps this weekend despite semi-dodgy forecast, will see who is around probably! If someone would like a lift up gimme a call.
PS I'm only susie on thursday evenings!
