Dude if you are serious about a cycling and climbing holiday taking in many varied crags I would recommend an east coast jaunt and not the nullabour. If you flew to Adelaide I'm sure some friendly local folk would show you moonarie and take you in their car and let you leave bike gear at their house. After climbing there leave on your bike from Adelaide along great ocean road via Robe with a detour at Hamilton up toward Horsham to climb at arapiles and Grampians. Once you're climbed out there head back to the great ocean road making sure you pass through the Grampians via a different way than you did from Hamilton. Then to Melbourne via great ocean road. If you really want to cycle more after that head up the coast to Sydney climbing at any number of places on the way. If you've still got time and legs then after Sydney keep going north up the coast.

If you're a nice guy and post updates of your adventures here I doubt you'll ever be wanting for partners and won't need any gear other than basic boots harness chalk bag and belay gear. Once they see your bike and how skinny, sunburnt and exhausted you are they're certainly take pity on you.

But if you are really determined to do the nullabour then forget climbing on the way. Just do the ride and pack in the east coast crags as described above in a car or on your bike depending on how much time and how masochistic you are.
