theres a pretty thriving scene in launceston, informal sort of club i guess on FB. theres a wall opening up there this year i believe also in launceston, maybe at the PCYC??? also the Tas Uni Climbing Club is opening up its northern side of things this year! But more NW than that i think the options are somewhat limited, perhaps a few woodies around but not too many climbers as far as im aware.
