Just returned, yesterday. people from everywhere so you can probably make friends there, depending on where your staying. lots of moderate routes altho they can feel a lot harder due to your sweat and their polished nature on the high traffic volume areas. You can always hire a guide for half day around 500 baht so around 35-40 bucks! if you go deep water soloing make sure you perfect your landing or end up with bruises like i did. you need lots of chalk but can buy there. have fun, this was my second trip so im over it now.
