Having walked past this myself, I would have said that the crack disappears at the roof at more like 12 metres up. '9 metres' seems an understatement to me and, in any case, is no kind of justification for putting bolts next to a crack. I would like to know who bolted it. Who felt vindictive enough to go and do that?
