So for the last rap down Date with Density...you land on the big ledge after the long rap of the Grade 22 pitch. You walk right (looking out) and downhill to where the wall meets the cliff edge. There's double rings there. The rap is 30m to the deck. Then walk west (Left, looking out) about 30m to the start of DWD. Hope this helps.
