I wouldn't be jumping in the surf at Bob's anytime soon. We used to feed ourselves with fish caught of the point at the bottom of Bob's when staying over night there. Many sharks patrol those waters and even had one hooked for a few seconds one day. You can see them very clear when standing on the point. There is also a fresh water spring in the gully below the camping cave. Sweet spring water.
Dotted along the coast are some cool sink holes and small crags tucked away in some funky places. It is definitely worth a road trip, especially if you include Bluff Knoll, Collie and up North to Kalbarri. |
