Thanks for all the advice so far...

I've already been to Thailand so dont think I would really include it on this trip...

Also, I'm not really a mountaineer as such so Kinabalu, Kili and Kenya are peaks I can do pretty easily although I think Kenya is a bit more technical??

Asia has been left off as I will probably do a seperate trip around here...

Basically my 5 (?) year plan is:

Work here until end of 09/mid 10 as I'll be Team Leader by then and will be earning some sweet coin

1 year round the world climbing/touring/not working trip (the Ultimate trip)

One way ticket to UK to do a Working Holiday (working for Flight Centre over there) which will most likely be 6 months FT work at the start, buy a van - France/Spain/Switzerland/Germany/Italy/Contiki's for 12 months - then another 6 months work to get some $$$

If all works out well, FC will sponsor me a green card to work in the US for Liberty Travel, and then I can base myself out of California/Colorado for a year or so...

I also want to use the trips as motivation to train harder, and train/compete when I am over there.. I want to spend some time at climbing works in Sheffield and on that training scene, and want to have a crack at the Mammut Triple Crown and Teva Mountain Games in the US
