Adam, Steve and I tried your new 24 at The Guardhose on the trip. Steve couldn't hit the crux hold at all, but pulled through with the draw and did the rest of the route at 23.
I then tried it and could reliably hit the hold each attempt, but never stuck it once! But I was very close. It's a very tough move - big body tension issues too! That hold is basically a small sloper with a few small pebbles to assist you to hold it! I then also pulled on the draw and climbed through and enjoyed the rest of it at 23.

Neil, the routes at The Guardhouse are out of order on the ACA site. They are all there, but aren't in the correct order relative to each other. I can give more details if you email me, but it will probably be obvious to you if you have a look at the guide.

As for crapping habits at The Ravine, climbers and walkers must move out of creek areas and up onto higher ground well away in these situations! Polluting a watercourse in this way is a big no no. As for crapping upstream near the magnificent pool, words can't describe the stupidity and selfishness!
