dont know what the details on that emergency for sure its vcc club, just heard from the two skier passing by our campsite....and saw the helicopter land and picked up someone then flew towrds the Mt.Hotham area. yeah the weather was great for night trek as well as day,but at night its cold and windy so if your not using a proper tent dont camp on open space;but the best part of it is that you have the best view 360. i found a snow peg on were we camp,it has a initial name Em's or Em'o... so if you want it back just drop me a mail.
