Ah, Dog Rocks is not a state park, it's the Mt Alexander Regional Park.
Just checked out that link to Parks Vic and it has a whole section on dogs. It states 'In general State and National Parks do not allow you to bring your dog when you visit ...' I did find a couple of exceptions, including Point Nepean National Park that allows dogs on some beaches with restrictions.
Personally I think if I was to take the 'no dogs allowed' to the letter of the law I would be banned from climbing anything over 20 in my current form. |
