in 'lil ol' Adelaide hiring lenses is limited to semi-pro half arsed lenses ... I know from some of my photographer mates in Sydney that you could hire a 400mm f4 L Series for a weekend ... I've got a mate who's a pro photographer in BrisVegas - haven't spoken to him for a while but I'll try and pester him about the best camera shop to go to - I know I've been in it before (my mate's fav shop), I think it was located somewhere in The Valley - not a big store but they specialise in top end Canon, Nikon, Leica etc. gear I'll try and find out for you ...
