Gt Circle Drive has been closed due to the storms. Check with park office beforehand if wanting to access the cliffs off of that rd.

It was still closed 16th March.

STILL closed Easter Weekend...those guys are not making a lot of effort to fix it! The road looks open, but they have dumped a truckload of dirt a km along it to prevent any access.

The Park is a really poor state as well, and not due to the storms (we drove around the Circle Drive right after the storm, before the road was closed - it was fine!!) with massive infestations of Boneseed Weed killing the native trees and making the place into an ugly environmental wasteland.

Is there any info out there as to why the place is still closed. If not that's pretty poor, especially as they draw you down the track for about a k before they stop you. Oh well that's government services for you.
