Only posting this as its a bit quiet on chocky.

Did a day trip up to Araps Anzac day. Been 12 months since I broke my left fib and messed up the ankle badly in a poor landing bouldering. First time on rock since the accident.

Took a buddy up to Bushrangers for some easy trad. He is strictly a pebble wrestler and this was his first time on rope. We had a ball! 19c with a light breeze was pretty good, Araps rock is just special but the best thing was the other climbers.

I normally give Araps a wide berth around easter because of the crowds. Two weeks after easter the crowds are gone, the weathers great and its all fun but I'm glad I braved the madding crowd. Met some lovely people from all over Aus and overseas and everyone was having fun, the vibe was pretty awesome. Happy people all enjoying themselves and offering support and encouragement to others.
