+1 ODH’s comment. I think top roping is underrated and at times not much different from sport climbing. Less convenient to set up, but quite enjoyable when you are on your own and leaves no trace. I don’t think it should count for first ascent status, but then first ascent is a bit overrated at times. All styles have their pros and cons. I just enjoy climbing the rock and figuring out the moves. PS not a comment on the route in question.
