And don't think you are the only one who cops it on here. I have copped plenty of shit on Chockstone for things I have done in climbing because people have disagreed with me. I also recall John Ewbank having a go at me after Steve Monks and I established The Free Route on the Totem Pole. After first congratulating me and saying how amazing it was that we had free climbed the pillar, he then realised during our conversation that we had rap bolted the route before climbing it. He was indignant! 'What is the f---ing point of that?' he exclaimed. I had to laugh.
