It's O.K Organ pipe just go down to any bouldering spot or gym and offer your TNF to some poor boulderer that will be walking around without one. You will know he is a boulderer because it will be sub15 deg and they wont even have a shirt on but they will have a beanie.
As for the gender rearrangement surgery it's O.K, it's not your fault it's your parents. They should have given you a real bed instead of a crash mat to sleep on.
