Thanks alot for the reply!
Im planning on travelling pretty light so trad rack will have to stay home this trip.
I'll definantly be throwing in the harness and shoes however. I've got a friend in Quito so hopefully they will know someone, who knows someone in regards the the crags there.
Its my first time to SA so im going to try and balance doing the touristy things but also throw in a few off-track adventures with minimal gear.
Is it worth taking a tent you think?
Cheers again!
