:-( Thats disappointing. Thanks Neil ! I had been climbing in the area before the development and promotion of the ravine. Yes the road was very ordinary before and not sure it has significantly degraded. It may also be possible to access the Ravine along the creekline from Mt stayplton campground. It should be noted that parks vic previouly planned a walking track along this line at the the time they developed the Campground. The erection of gates seems a bit reactionary, but I supose it goes hand in hand with 'development' of crags
