A few years ago I was climbing at Mt Rosea when some friends of mine attempted Commando Climb. They got lost, ended up on some run out ~ grade 16-17 thing with lots of loose rock. The last climber had to struggle up the last ten metres in the dark. So, apart from the risk of getting lost on something harder, maybe head torches and helmets also required.
