In two weeks time we leave seething, sultry Marseille to head south. Barcelona is the first stop, and then back to France over the Pyranees. We don't know too much about the Pyranees at this stage - other than there is climbing there, and I saw a good photo in one of the petzl catalogues some time ago! We're not planning on spending too much time in the Pyranees, but would still be very keen to do some long rock routes.

Can anyone recommend some? Preferably eastern Pyranees? I was looking at a shot of Mallos de Riglos today - it looks good. Any areas where we should definately head given a short time frame? What about climbing guides?

What about climbing around Barcelona? Is Montserrat the way to go? How about climbing shops in Barcelona?

Any advice would be handy!
