If you're catching the train into the City be prepared as it takes ages and until you pass Penrith, its the bogan express. If you're gonna be working in the City all the time, I'd live there and drive to the Mountains as it doesn't take long. Plus you've got all the quality bouldering/cragging close by the quickie sessions. And the gyms for when its pissing down (like now when it hasn't stopped for 3 days.)
