You might like to try The Sun Deck (Northern Grampians) - there are a bunch of well bolted 18-23's there, as well as a few harder lines if they take your fancy. 15-25min walk ins.
You might also like to try Van Diemens land - there is a lovely grade 22 there called "Terminal Insomia". You could also try Centurion Walls or Sentinal Cave (both Northern Grampians too). Check out the "guide" tab to the left for info.
Then again you could just head for Tassie and climb at Hillwood (Just outside of Launceston), Cluan Tiers (Near Launceston - 30min walk in, 45min drive from town) The Paradiso (awesome sea cliff - 50min walk in on the Tasman Penninsula - about 1.5hrs from Hobart), deep water soling at Blackmans Bay(about 2hrs from Hobart inc drive & walk / swim in), etc.
