Thinking of taking a few friends visiting from overseas on a scenic route. Sweet Dreams in the blueies immediately came to mind.

Just looking for a little beta, are all the pitches completely mixed protection? Or are there one or two pitches with all bolts? I ask because they don't climb trad, and I really can't see them enjoying if I have to lead every single pitch.

Also, the guide book says to bring small-med cams and wires... how many? Is it about 50/50 bolts/trad? Mostly trad? Mostly bolts?

One last thing, what is the traverse like? My mates can climb grade 16 single pitch pretty comfortably, but I think they may have a little trouble if the airy traverse isn't jug hauling the whole way...
