I was there with Dr Peter Aitchison in 1966. We selected the highest point on the slabs to the right of the main buttress. The grade of the climb was 16/17. I think it was possibly the first ascent of the slabs. It was fascinating to be climbing where no one else had climbed. There is a lot of potential there. People have been climbing at Jingera Rocks for the last 20 years. Back then - it was easy access - we just walked up! We abseiled off in about three pitches. Peter c--ker
