Climbed Blue Murder and Purple Haze 21 years ago. Drove in by Rav 4 Tried to go back this year in an Outlander but chickened out of the drive up from Moroka Gap (I suppose the road deteriorated in the mean time). Wandered into Picture Point instead. Desperate walk due to fire regrowth. The cliff turned out being too big and scary for us - and we didn't even get to the main face. Would be keen for a trip to Gable End next summer if someone has a suitable vehicle.
