I was up in the Grampians on the weekend and the gate to Henham Track heading north from Serra Rd (Access route for dreamtime area) was definitely closed. There was also a road sign saying road closed in front of the locked gate, as if a locked gate wasn't enough. I just checked the PDF on the parks website and it has it as open and this was issued 4 days ago. http://parkweb.vic.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0005/320558/Grampians_Road_Report.pdf It was definitely closed on Sunday.
