I guess you are talking about 'The Perfect Extraction'?? It's not really a 50m abseil. We put knots in the end of the rope and could just touch the ground with the tip of the toes while abseiling with a 70m rope. Be careful though, the top of the route as a few loose rocks / boulder and holds in general tend to break of so bring a helmet for climber and belayer! Cheers, Andreas
