I am not aware of any government Parks campground that have showers. However lots of the private campgrounds do, but they are expensive. In Halls Gap there are hostels etc that let you pay just for a shower. The YHA hostel is nice, and offers this service. You might even like to stay a night or two. On days off from climbing you might like to go into the towns nearby and have a shower and a swim at the pool.
