If it's 3 climbers, theres a cheap backpackers in Jarvis Bay at Husski about $20 a night, it's about 20 mins out of Nowra. Basically 4 bunk beds, 1 block from the beach. Nice tidy house. Plenty of holiday houses to let in that area too. I have also stayed at http://lyrebirdridgewinery.com.au/, was a bit more pricey but nice, it's on the north nowra side but about 20 mins out of town so nice and quiet.
