I think that if u take on the responsibility of putting together a useful guide, and include namings/grades of problems u can do, and may or may not have been done before it's fair game. The 1st ascentionist may or may not come forward to set things straight, or may not give a damn about the spot and never had a plan of naming probs and releasing a guide (phew that felt like along sentence). Micro crags are cool, and yeah, guidebook writing is hardish, so more power to all if we have both!!
