It faces north so in the current conditions (winter is ok) it would be a hellhole, and it aint real good the rest of the time. Trust me, I live 5 mins from Wingello and I got over it after 2 visits but if you must -
Head out to the campground in wingello state forest
Right here onto Running Creek Rd
First Left onto Gulp Rd
Left a first fork, right at second
follow the rough rd all the way to the big tree intersection just past the national park sign and left here
Follow to clearing on hill ( the firefighters memorial cairn is here), left down STEEP hill.
Park on rock shelf at bottom, look for cairns.
You need a 4WD. The track is not passable for a 2WD anymore.
