Awesome, you wont be disappointed! The direct start is a little tricky but makes the route so much better! you only need a few bolt plates as theres only 1 or two aside from belays (5 max including belays). A single rope is fine and seepage shouldn't be a problem (however the start of the '25 pitch' (originally given 23 by mark wilson) is always a little soggy). Have fun!
