This cool boulder is above the first climbdown w/ fixed ropes and overlooks a great view.
The "slightly seepy and dirty bouldering between the two climb downs". Hard and polished white rock with a good landing. Looks clean, unfortunately anything resembling a weakness in the rock or hold is bulging with slime and mud.
Second climb down, Manky bolt and faded tied webbing etriers.
The mini crag.
As far as I can tell, Steve's route "Left Wing". Brown-tinged fixed hangers.
>>The walk in is probably the most involved in Sydney as well.
>Not if you come in from the top - it's less than 10 minutes from the road down to the "mini crag" at the right >hand end, and only another minute or two easy walk over to the business (which is where those photos were >taken).
Actually it was a good 10 minutes of bushwhacking along the base of the cliff to get to the main crag from the mini crag. The path is nearly completely overgrown.
Here is the main crag. It's maybe 100-150m long. Plenty of variety in the rock.
The next image I think is "Wake up time to fly"
There's a manky fixed rope leading up to a big hole in the roof.
A chopped blob of glue with a replacement bolt next to it. The bolting is definitely a bit of a mess, in places there was stuff like a u-bolt next to a carrot and a third chopped stub. There was a *lot* of seepage in places and most bolts had a brown tinge around the base.
Manky draw on an old project. Plenty of rusty bail biners around, I guess a lot of projects never got finished.
