Ok, of you can divert all the engineers and insurance assessors away from the other 39% of Victoria that was flood affected, and convince them that Queenslanders are less important than a few climbers I am sure PV will gladly roll out the red carpet......

And re bicycles on closed roads? You can be booked as you come under the same legislation as all other vehicles on public roads, just as you can lose your licence for being drunk in charge of a bicycle, that requires no licence to operate.
