Thanks for clarifying that ajf. So it seems that anyone with a laminated badge can hit you with a pay up / go to jail / lose your license situation. We appear to be living in Soviet Russia.
Keiran says that the place is crawling with laminated badgeholders at the moment, presumably driving all over these roads that are too fragile for us punters. I hope that this activity means that they can open some more of the roads soon. A closure of 3 months is unacceptable for roads that are perfectly driveable.
The reasons given for the delays make it sound like this area is last on the list. Hurry up please Parks Victoria. The northern Grampians cliffs are just not steep enough.
