The road closure is at the National Park boundary; it sure looks to me like a National Park closure, not a VicRoads closure.

Also, I may have exagerated the ONE SQUARE METRE. Here's a photo so others can judge. I would prefer not to share the road with a driver who would have an accident due to this.
