Mike, many thanks for your generosity in allowing climbers access to cosmic and the freezer through your property. It was a very kind gesture which was appreciated by many. Myself included. Ahem...and thanks for letting me drive out through your property that time in the early 2000s when I got caught in the county after the gate near the dam was locked late in the day. The last thing we wanted to do was drive our car anywhere near your place, but you became our last resort! So thanks again - all these years later!
