Probably the most accurate description of the Y.D. rating system I've come across so far - pity it wasn't extended to cover all grades. I'd probably add the following (being more relevant to the U.S. grades I usually climb):

5.10a < Old-school Yosemite 5.9 < Jim Bridwell 5.8
