Hmmm, I didn't notice a lower ring-hole but then perhaps I wasn't looking that hard! The one next to the bolt is really easy to notice, not just because it's right next to the bolt, but it's all chalked as someone has been using it as an intermediate hold :) I did wonder why 24' has one remaining old carrot on it. Now I know. Lastly, are there any concerns with placing bolts in year-old holes - moisture perhaps? Clearly they'll need a good clean.
