I can also recommend Pine Creek.
Also Rock Creek / The Gong Show (or something like that) and Patricia Bowl a little further north are very similar and possibly better depending on what you are in to.

Clark Canyon is another spot north a little from Bishop and is lower than the above crags so will be warmer. It is mostly limestone bolted stuff as far as i can remember. Access road might be a bit rough with a 2wd.

Happy boulders are good at Bishop too and warmer than Buttermilks.

Maple Canyon is well worth a visit but as you note it may be too cold.

Near Moab I think Long Canyon was good and Day Canyon
