Earlier this year I reported the rubbish to the council (in regards to Illawong). Someone went out and had a look but he was unable to get down to have a closer look. He said they couldn't clean it as it was too dangerous for them to access but would put it on the list for clean up Australia Day for the helicopter. He was more interested if I had seen anyone dumping stuff or if anything down at the crag could ID anyone. Bottom line still looks the same. As I live in the area I have walked around the fire trails in the area and all the cliffs I've seen look pretty much the same i.e. used as a dump.
