Climb.org says
"While not strictly in the Blue Mountains, this provides a nice granite alternative to the sandstone predominent in Sydney and the Blue Mountains. Discovered, from a climbing point of view, by Dave Tanner and the Bathurst Climbing crew in 1971. The area has been developed in fits and starts since that time. The biggest surge in activity occured in the mid 1970's and late 1980's. Many of the routes are without protection. The fixed protection in the area is very old, and as such is not entirely 'trustworthy' - being bash in carrots. Whilst climbing is not banned in the area the renewal of old routes, the putting up of new routes and camping within the reserve is."
So 30yr old bash ins.

Any guides are old with poor descriptions. And not in current guide books of the bluies.
So looks like people are trying to keep this place open but obscure.
