Hey Dimpet - my last trip to araps I thought I'd test out my jamming skills and discovered that based on siamese crack vs bluies cracks (e.g. psychopath/amen corner/messiah's exit/eternity) araps cracks are about 3 grades harder ;-)

In ajfclark's list there are a couple of great ones:
First pitch of Viagra - good bit of jamming (but with some other options too) and such a great route the whole thing is really fun.
The Hard ears (18) - kind of sporty? short and cruxy but really fun if you're up in that part of world anyway

also a couple not mentioned:
Celeste (16) is a beautful corner crack that I don't think has been mentioned. Really a superb climb.
The Ghost of Melville (15) at Bushranger's bluff was also terrific (I thought it was a bit of a sandbag ... until I did siamese crack ;-) )
