Any climbing at Cumberland River near Lorne? Looking at heading there for some surf / MTB over ANZAC w/e. http://www.cumberlandriver.com.au/attractions.html shows some nice looking rock in the pictures. Any info much appreciated :-)

All?, ... or just that which is owned by the Camping area down closer to the GOR?
I vaguely remember making a similar enquiry once, and seem to recall something about 'still being able to access rock after following a walking trail upriver to beyond the privately owned land'. I also heard that the rock quality wasn't great and the amount of it varied, ie not many lines and not that tall further up the river?
Treat it as an adventure Paulie, and you'll be right mate!

Walking up river from the camping ground you come to a cliff right on the track. Interloper grade 5 m4 steep exposed and extremely loose geoff gledhill baxter route . However on the opposite side of the river there is reasonable cliff with good rock and reasonable protection or can go to the top and top rope mid teen grade from memory
